Great Mongeham Parish Hall Management Committee will only collect personal data for administrative purposes and to ensure the smooth running of the Parish Hall. Personal data will be collected from regular and occasional hirers of the Hall, Trustees and tradesmen. 


Great Mongeham Parish Hall Trustees will, through management and use of appropriate controls, monitoring and review:     


  • Use personal data in the most efficient and effective way to administrate the Hall and deliver better services 
  • Strive to collect and process only the data or information that is needed         
  • Use personal data for such purposes as are described at the point of collection
  • Strive to ensure information is accurate
